Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, Tatiana now proudly calls Los Cabos home. Her journey in Baja began in hospitality, where she managed the renowned Torote Restaurant and developed a deep appreciation for the local community, exceptional service, and the lifestyle that makes Los Cabos so unique.

With a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management and previous experience as an entrepreneur in Ukraine, Tatiana brings a client-first approach, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail to her real estate career.

Specialising in residential properties, investment opportunities, and relocation throughout Los Cabos, she guides clients through the buying process with honesty, confidence, and highly personalised service.

Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and continuing to develop her Spanish, Tatiana is particularly well positioned to work with South House’s international clientele.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys travelling, exploring Mexico, and DJing—another passion she shares with the South House team.
